Le processus se déroule en plusieurs étapes. Tout d'abord un test en ligne suivi d'une interview téléphonique. Après l'interview, le candidat est ensuite invité à un assessment center et d'une interview finale. Mon processus s'est arrêté après l'entretien téléphonique.

Entrevista
The GSK Assessment Centre ran from 8 AM to 5 PM and consisted of multiple stations designed to assess a range of skills. Candidates were evaluated on their problem-solving abilities, teamwork, adaptability, and communication through a combination of technical and behavioral tasks.
Each station tested different competencies, requiring participants to work both individually and collaboratively. The assessment aimed to simulate real-world challenges, providing GSK with a comprehensive understanding of each candidate’s strengths and suitability for the role.
