I learned of the position from mutual colleagues to myself and the hiring manager. We had the chance to have a couple of informal conversations prior to the formal process. The formal process began with an online application submission which had many of the typical compliance components and key asks such as resume & cover letter upload, desired salary. That was followed by a conversation with Ari, the talent lead. He’s a great guy and one of the most natural screening interviews I have ever had. From there, I had a couple of interviews with members from other teams with whom I would collaborate. The whole process only took a few weeks.
