It's actually kind of creepy because everyone has the same personality.... They're looking for granola crunchy west coast "chill vibe" people that eat up the vision of GRIN. The Interview Process is 4 steps. 1. HR screening/ aptitude/ personality written test. 2. written email BDR test where they see your prospecting 3. team BDR Interview where you meet two BDR'S and the BDR manager 4. Final interview with Presentation with the head of sales and higher-ups.
