The Interview process took 2 days as I get selected in day 1. Day 1 contains group discussion, aptitude and face to face in the given order. Started at 10 30 am and finished at 5 30 pm. Though the process is simple, around 30+ members attended the interview, it took the whole day for the process. Nonetheless the process is smooth and good. The 2nd day went with document submission.

I applied for this role twice, both times were negative experiences. First time I applied was a year ago through a recruiter. On the day of the interview they informed me the interviewer would be late but I was already on my way as I lived far from their office. Once the interview finally started it was clear to me that the interviewer was in a hurry and had no time to take the interview seriously. In the end the interview was super rushed and I never heard back from them again. Second time, a year later, I decided to give the same role another try, this time I applied directly to the company (not through a recruiter). Their HR emailed me to arrange a phone interview, which was rescheduled a total of THREE times. They didn't even bother to email me the first time, and the last two times she said she was 'sick' or there was no explanation at all. Ultimately I decided to pull out from the process as I felt that the company was not professional and did not respect me.
