hiring manager asked a few questions, had a test. He made small talk and it was generally pretty easy going and fun environment for an interview. Cant say it took more than 20 minutes, it was general questions about me and my past job not so much talking about experience.

As long as you’re not brain dead you’ll get hired. I’ve worked with alcoholics as well as drug abusers and we all had the same title, which tells you a lot about this company.
