Why do you want to work here and why do you think you can be good at it. Where do you see yourself in ten years. Do you enjoy management? What did you major in, what school? What was my GPA and who did I know from there that wanted flooring.
Our questions at interviews involve asking for examples of experiences the person has had that reflect our core values. For example: Tell me about a time you were in a sticky situation and you did the right thing, not the easy thing.
