After I sent an email with my resume, I heard back fairly quickly to come in for a group interview. The person conducting the interview was relaxed and didn't make a strict impression. The group of people was heterogenous, some with Bachelor Degrees, some with Masters and even J.D.. Next step was a writing test, that included to choose a Google Trend topic and connect it to finance. Only minor negative, took a long time and multiple follow-up calls to hear back.
