I was contacted on phone for brief chat, then set up time for interview. Met with the managers and went over basic job history, learned about company, etc. Then went on 3 "working" interviews on the truck, and after that I passed and was hired. The working interviews helped me get a sense of day to day operations and helped them get a sense of how I worked.
