Had a coffee with CEO and Director of Operations for about an hour. Then they asked me to come meet the team and do several rounds of interviews other members of the staff. They all had sheets of paper with lists of generic questions to ask. Some of them were deigned to be "fun" questions to highlight how "fun" the company culture is and completely irrelevant to the job and background.

Had a first interview with the Director of Operations and a second interview with an Account Manage. Third interview was a culture interview with more members of the team to make sure values align.
