I applied on the company's website and a few days later got an call from the recruiter. Interviewed over WebEx because I was in school at the time. The interview went well and I received another call from the recruiter the following day. He stated that the manager loved me but went with another candidate. He also stated that he really wanted me to join their company so he set up an interview with another manager in a different department. It was around spring break so I went to an face to face interview. I interviewed with two people and didn't think I so great with that interview. I turned out now doing so great because I never received a phone call back. A few weeks later, a different recruiter called and said she spoke with the previous recruiter and had another opportunity to interview with another manager in a different department so I went head and interview. I interviewed over the phone with two people and I really didn't think I did so well with that interview neither but I was wrong. She called me back the exact next day and told me that the managers loved me and to extend the offer. I was so happy that I got the opportunity to work for a great company. Moral of my story, never give up. I graduate in December of 2016 and hopefully they like me enough to keep me full-time. Thanks GM Financial
