Entrevista
Applied online in 2nd week of Feb. I got a quick response to schedule the interview in 3rd week of Feb. It was a 30 mins telephone interview for initial screening. Basic questions like explain the GLG business model and do you understand the role you have to do. Following week received an email informing about the 2nd round in 1st week of march. It was again a telephone interview with 3 seniors. approx 80-90 mins. Everyone asked the similar questions but more deep. basic behavioral questions about client relationship management, communications etc. Everyone asked to explain the GLG business model and role you are applying for. Also they ask you questions about your CV. I received 2-3 days after informing that I was selected for 3rd round and to come to the office the next week.
It was a case study and I was asked to suggest the experts who would be suitable for consultation. I would suggest exploring all the options and thinking broadly about was is asked exactly. Also ask questions to understand exactly what the client wants. Following the case study there were few in person interviews with the heads of the office. Similar questions but more detailed. At some point they will cross question and would try to see how you react under pressure. I was also asked to do a mock cold call with a C-suite professional. I received an offer in next 3 days.
The overall experience was nice. Everyone I talked to looked very professional and intelligent. Do not try to lie or exaggerate coz they are really experts in recruiting. office atmosphere is very hard working. Its not a typical 9-5 job. You have to be good at communication and negotiation. I would advise researching the GLG business model thoroughly and also the role you are applying for.

Entrevista
Started with HR screening phone call. Then did a take-home case study followed by a review interview to go over my thought process. The last round was 2 behavioral b2b interviews. Overall, a very pleasant experience with very quick turnaround and smooth communication. Each interview felt like a conversation, and all the interviewers were all very kind.

4 round interview process: HR, case study review, 2 back to back with senior level people on behavioral/ situational. They were standard STAR method interview questions and also should understand the work GLG does.

2 interviews, call and zoom, conversational and more behavioral based throughout, first call is screening, second is an inteerview with basic behavioral questions. Smooth and friendly throughout the whole process
