Interview process was seemly smooth in the beginning. Recruited by 3rd party company. Spoke with HR the day after, spoke with 2 other members from HR for days later. A day after received notice that I moved to the next round. Completed personality assessment then case study (had an hour to complete) 3 days later received noticed that I moved to the last round which was 3 Zoom interviews. 1 team lead, another the VP of department to discuss case study and last general manager. 2 weeks later I received an email stating I did not get the position. To be completely honest this position is for college students or first year graduates (was mentioned numerous times by interviewees that their main goal is to recruit college students) . So If you are an experienced professional don’t waste your time applying. I have 3+ years experience in the healthcare field and was rejected from a position that states they require 0 experience. Was pretty much discouraged by the general manager not to switch careers to work for their company.

Great infrastructure and corporate structure. It honestly depends on the manager you get. The metrics are very unrealistic so if you are just doing it for experience, keep your head down and grind, then get out.
