Entrevista
The interview process consists of 4 parts: phone screen, language assessment (also on the phone), case study, and face-to-face interview with senior member of the company.
1-Phone Screen -- it's basically check that you are who you say you are. They also ask you to elaborate on what you have mentioned in your CV: past work experience, pastimes, education etc...
2- Language Assessment - it is similar to the phone screen but in whichever the language you are proficient in.
3- Case Study - you are given an hour to find a solution for a client, it's similar to what you would be doing on the job.
4- Face-to-Face Interview with Senior Members -- conducted to get to know you better and you present yourself.

Smooth. Straight to the point. Very nice. They asked about the business model. Provide you with an interview FAQ (useful). Situational, behavioral, and informational questions. Focused a lot on the business model.
