The interview process consisted of several initial phone screenings with recruiters and current employees, a sample research project completed on your own time, then an office visit with a breakfast and manager interviews. It seems as though interviewers are free to ask what they see best fit, from "fit" questions to typical job interview questions. It's clear throughout every step however that it is expected to have a very thorough understanding of what GLG does and how it makes money.
