First interview was remote basic QA interview.
Second interview was in person, several people attended, HR, QA Manager, and peer QA members. This took place in a conference room with everyone face-to-face.
The interview ended with a brief tour of the facility.

Expect some questions from your resume. For instance, if you have some metrics on the resume, be sure to justify how you obtained the goal.
Are you okay supporting lab environment? This is more than just installing software and keeping the lab tidy. Are you okay with moving equipment and connecting it? They will ask questions about how to troubleshoot a device that isn't working properly. Technical questions may ask about DB tools and creating basic and complex queries.
