Any reason to GIC? Tech questions about Machine Learning
The process involves a technical take-home programming test followed by an interactive onsite pair programming session. I appreciated being allowed to use Google and AI tools, as it felt like a realistic work environment focused on genuine collaboration and real-time problem-solving.
1st Phone screening first, then 2nd Hackerrank followed by face to face rounds with the hiring managers. 3rd round is technical round with hiring teams (may be more than 1) and 4th is with the director
Great interview process clean cut good interviewers and it is fast and decisive and swift and the people are in the place are smart and helpful while asking good questions and explanations
