Online tests, 1 interview with HR, 1 final interview for someone from the business (for the London office). It took around 4 weeks to hear after my final round, but I guess it is because I did not make it through. HR is really not responsive, so the best thing to do is simple wait or apply for other companies.

I had an interview with one person from RE, and some questions were:
Q: If you have 1000 eggs, how would you maximize your profits?
Q: Do you know some of our recent deals?
Q: What are some trends in the RE market?
Q: In which sub-division you would like to work and why?
And there were many other questions which are already mentioned on this website
There was a questions about risk at the beginning about which I had to state my opinion ("E.g: Not taking risk might be detrimental").
There was an assessment center then followed by 2 round of interviews with the team, then there was a fit round that was focused on whether the culture is something that works.

What are your strengths, how do you deal with conflict
The interview process consist of several rounds from assessment screening calls to interview centre, overall very manageable and responsive. Great experience interviewing there, process can be quite long from stage to stage.
Business interview with manager. Behavioural, ask about challenges faced and personality questions. Did a personality test beforehand. Easygoing and smooth interview. Ask questions and be friendly with the interview to show interest.
