The company advertised on its scholarship opportunities through the colleges, including the one I was at. The scholarship was for undergraduate studies and a number of years bond with the company. After sending in the applications, we were selected for a full day interview session at a hotel. The interview session started with rounds of test on English, Mathematics and IQ abilities. After lunch, each of us had a 1:1 interview session. The questions asked were general questions, in which they focused on one aspect of your CV.
