GHS has a 3 step interview process. The first interview is with the President and he goes over your resume and some basics about the job. The second interview is more in depth and is usually conducted by a top performer that is currently in the position you are interviewing for. The final interview is a wrap up to answer any additional questions and is conducted by the president of the company, Lucas. I liked how much they explained about what the job would entail but also about where the company was going in the future. I felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout the entire interview process. Emily, the HR manager, is super nice and gives you a ton of information when you set up your interview so you don't have to guess about anything!!!
