Had a first initial interview the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager which was friendly with some standard interview questions. The second interview was with the MD and HR and after a natural conversation was offered the position. Would consider the interview process for this entry level position to be relatively easy. This may depend on what position/department you are looking at. Also went around to meet the staff before I received the offer which was nice.
