The HR invited me for a Mid-Senior SRE position despite my CV showing zero professional experience. I spent an entire night preparing deep technical topics like K8s, Terraform, and Cloud Architecture. However, the actual interview with the Senior Engineer was extremely unprofessional. It was a casual, disinterested chat where he didn't bother to test any of my technical knowledge or certifications. Then rejected my 24 hours later, a soulless auto email.
