Interview was conducted via zoom and scheduled time was 1.5 hours for the position but ended in 19 minutes. The interview experience was worst. In the job description there was no mandatory masters degree required but they end up rejecting me saying I have all the experience and skills according to the position but I dont have masters degree which was not mandatory according to their job description. They should atleast mention that in their JD or didnt invite me for an interview. The interviewer was expecting me to present the presentation for what ? am I giving the thesis defence for Phd or applying for Phd position the interviewers also dont know what they want to ask or they are not in mood to take interview. really dissapointed by the hiring commitee of such a prestigious institute. Next time they should shortlist candidates according to their requirements or highlight it in their Job description that this is must for position so no other candidate can waste his time for them.
