Entrevista
It was an Campus Placement, It totally had 5 rounds[All the rounds were virtuall]
(i) Online Assesment [Verbal & Aptitude]
(ii) Technical Round 1 [ Tested on my basic knowledge of Procurement and Sourcing]
(iii) Technical Round 2 [ Tested on my basic mathematical skills i.e, how fast i can solve basic divisions and percentages without using pen and paper and given general case studies related to Procurement and Sourcing]
(iv) HR Round 1 [Basic HR questions ,Questions From my Resume, communication skills ]
(v) HR Round 2 [Discussed about the role's Night Shift and the Job Location]

Pregunta 1
As a CSE domain student, what is the reason that i have applied for a Sourcing Analyst Role??
Round 1- Aptitude ( pretty easy )
Round 2 - Interview level 1 ( questions that test your basic understanding of the role ]
Round 3- Interview level 2 ( Questions based on a test case )
Round 4 - interview leave 3 and HR ( questions from your resume and problem solving questions followed by HR round)
The interviewer was polite and friendly throughout the interview. As it was my first interview, I was extremely nervous, which my interviewer understood and proceeded with care. The questions asked were good and can be answered with proper preparation about the role and the company. Make sure to back up whatever you say with evidence, and don't throw out loose words or sentences.

Tell me something about yourself which is beneficial to our company which is not in your resume?
The interview almost had 3 rounds, 2 technical based on Business and the role, first round was easy. Second round was also good with more like situational + technical questions.
