I had 4 interviews. One with the recruiter, one with the hiring manager, and two with senior leadership. The questions ranged from people management to transportation background. They also focused heavily on leadership, organization, client facing escalation, and relationship management.

2 interviews by phone: one in English and one in a foreign language which was required for the job position. No numerical test, No usual questions as "which are your 3 main quakities"
