First interview was short, typical interview questions. Second interview was 45 minutes or so, more about the job and expectations. Third interview usually expect an informal offer. You will meet your immediate boss, other managers, and your bosses boss. If everyone likes you and thinks you are competent to handle the duties required than you will likely receive an offer.
