The first round is a phone call, mainly consisting of behavioral questions and why you are interested in this company. There will be 2-3 questions on what technical skills you have used before.

First round was a questionnaire, which asked a few questions about projects you were proud of as well as what you could personally bring to the table. That was followed by a 5-minute call to verify personal information before a 45-minute behavioral/case interview. That interview was a handful of behavioral questions before some more generic case study stuff (What would you consider in this situation, that sort of thing).
