The first few interviews went good. The came the role play interview. They do not explain anything and just kind of "throw you in". It is difficult because you have no idea what you are suppose to do. They give you around 30-40 papers and expect you to know how to fill them out. They make you answer the phone and give information but you have no idea what your even talking about! I drove over 2 hours each way and it was a complete waste of my time and gas. I used glassdoor to read reviews before I went thinking it would "prepare me", but man this was harder than expected. I wish I wouldn't have went. Its unfair to do a role play interview, I think they should have a job shadow day where you can actually follow someone and see how the day-to-day activities go.

Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

Entrevista
applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

Entrevista
I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
