Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en GEICO (Fredericksburg, VA) en nov 2015
Entrevista
The interview was very thorough and very impressive. If you complete all phases of the interview it is easy for it to take up your entire day. I arrived at 7:45 and left at 2:30pm.
First, you take a computer skills test that tests your ability to learn a system and input information. Then you take a typing test.
You then interview with a recruiter.
The next phase of the interview is a role playing experience. They put me in a room with a phone, and gave me some information on a car washing service. I was asked to study that information and answer the phone and try to sell a car wash.
After that, they send you up to the sales floor to sit with a sales rep and listen to a few calls. Then I sat with the hiring manager for a final interview and was offered the position.
It was pretty easy. They just asked me a bunch of questions about my past experience that jobs with customer service. I thought I would get the job but never ended up getting the job. I used to be a hairstylist and was hoping to get a career change into insurance but was told I wasn't a fit.

There was a typing test to determine wpm, then I had a sales roll play call, and finally an interview with a hiring manager. Once I finished with the hiring manger, they took me to the sales floor to talk to a supervisor.

Fairly easy, was offered the position on the spot and really enjoyed the interview process with my recruiter, they involve role playing questions as well as your standard behavioral questions
