Received a call from a recruiter asking if I would be interested in the job. The first phone call lasted about 10 min and was just basic questions about the job and why you wanted to work at Geico. After that I was sent a link to complete some tests. These tests were pretty simple. The first section was reading a paragraph and answering questions about it. The second section had you look at blocks and determine how many blocks were touching a specific block. Make sure you really understand the instructions before you start the test. After you pass the test you go on to an interview. Mine was a phone interview and it lasted a litter over a hour. If you are selected to move on the next step is the dreaded roll play section. Just like other people have said there isn't any way to prepare for this. It is extremely stressful but if you can't pass this section you aren't a good fit for the job. Make sure you really focus on your customer service and the customers. I messed up on filling out some paperwork but still passed with flying colors. Another really important thing to keep in mind is to stay calm. If you pass this section you will have an interview with a hiring manager. During this interview is when I was offered the job. The final interview is really simple and I think it would be really hard for anyone to mess this part up.
Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
