I interviewed for a fully remote position. After a 3 hour technical assessment and talking to five people, I get an offer contingent I go to an office over an hour away once a week. If they would have brought this up in initial screener interview I would have withdrawn. Once a week would make this a Hybrid position. I feel as if this process was extremely deceptive and a waste of time.
