Completed application and received an email to schedule my phone interview. Once that was completed the assessment was emailed. Assessment was fairly easy I would advised watching the example a few times before starting as it can be tricky. After completing my assessment I heard nothing for an entire week then later got a call to do another phone interview the next day. Hiring Manager asked me 2 questions and then ended the interview. He wasn’t friendly at all and the next day I received the email informing me that I wasn’t selected.
The interview process was positive. I was told about the job and pay range and I had the opportunity to ask the questions I had. I was asked to describe a time I had to show empathy to a customer and how to stay positive in the workplace when faced with difficult challenges.

detailed and efficient. friendly staff and informative to any questions. sat with current employee to get a feel for what you will be doing and then began the in person interview process.

The interview was quick seamless and gave a strong idea of the workload.
They didn't properly informed if they had positions available, so it leaves much to be desired. I probably wasn't what they wanted when they saw me past my resume sadly, don't waste 8 hours driving if they won't compensate.
