It was a very long and tedious process with multiple steps. I applied online, then received a request for a preliminary phone interview, then a Caliper test to be taken online, then another, longer phone interview, then a very basic roleplay assessment and another personality test both taken online, then a panel interview over webcam. I made it to the panel interview and did not advance to the next part of the process. I would say that if you are older and have ANY sort of obligations or personal life, don't bother to apply to this. They just want kids right out of college.
