Entrevista
I applied to Geico through Careerbuilder.com and quickly received an invitation for a phone interview the next day. My interview was scheduled for the following week. The recruiter called me and ask a few basic questions and verified information I had put on my application. I think the position is best suited for a non-student as I was not called for a further interview due to my inability to have 100 percent attendance for the next 12 weeks for the mandatory training full-time. Both full-time and part-time schedules were advertised however training is always full-time. The recruiter was a bit cold from that point on and I knew it was a no-go. She thanked me for my time and asked if I had anymore questions for her and that was that.

Process was pretty straightforward, I applied online, within minutes I was sent an email for an assessment, within 24 hours I was able to schedule a phone interview. I was asked to come in for a final in person interview. I received an offer.

Entrevista
Process was very straightforward. I applied, and shortly after had the opportunity to take an assessment. Once those results came in a day or two later I was contacted to schedule a Webex interview. My interviewer was very nice and helpful and seemed genuinely engaged in my interview and getting to know me.
