Got emailed for pre employment testing. If you pass that they will let you know which a interview with HR and role playing scenario will then follow. If they want to proceed with you they will let you know right then. The last interview is with the department manager as well as listening to some calls to know what you will be working with.

Why did you choose sales? They ask about every job in the past 5 years including start/end dates and why you left each job.
It was an interview over zoom. After I applied I got a follow up email and then had my zoom interview. It was about 30 minutes long and they asked behavioral and situational questions along with info about salary.

If I have experience in a call center or corporate setting
Video interview, pretty straightforward. Then you have to take an assessment to see if you can keep up with the expected work pace, not hard in my opinion. They were flexible for me because I was still out of the country at the time, so that’s a major plus.

Entrevista
Zoom interview with a live person asking about career history and ambitions for the future. It was a very thorough interview, promoting self analysis and critiquing. It was flushing out skills and qualifications.
