Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. Acudí a una entrevista en GEICO en feb 2013
Entrevista
I applied through my university job bank and received a call a few days later. The initial phone interview was composed of basic "do you know what this job is about" and salary expectations.
I interviewed in person a few weeks later. The interview location was a drab building in the middle of nowhere. I passed the computer test and first in-person but did not move past the simulation test. After telling me I was not moving forward, the interviewer was very nice and encouraged me to apply again in a year since I only made a small mistake in the simulation.
The whole experience was my main impetus for enrolling in a Master's program in one of the STEM fields. I couldn't believe I was being encouraged to wait a YEAR to reapply for a job that only paid about $32K + benefits. From the moment I walked out of the building I knew had to increase my skill set.

I aced the computer-based test. It was stuff that I knew from my years in retail. During the first interview, I was told that they could not find a manager for the second interview and excitedly told me if I did not hear from them to call them Friday of that week. That day I was sent a denial in an email and was frankly disappointed that they got my hopes up for a second interview.

Very long interview process. After applying you are invited to do a personality test and run a simulation program to test multitasking. You are then scheduled to do a phone interview that lasts about an hour mostly focusing on what you would do in hypothetical situations and previous work experience. After this, you are scheduled for a role-play interview online which can be very tricky and definitely the hardest part of the interview process, try to read the documents provided thoroughly and take notes. After that you do a video interview with a hiring manager answering further questions. I took me about 2 weeks but you can theoretically schedule everything in the same day.
