      Entrevista

Applied online and the same day was sent a link to complete a personality assessment. I later received an email to pick a time to receive a phone interview. The phone interview was very basic, asking questions about attendance with my old job whether I was ever late or sick, etc. After that I was told I passed and was able to pick which day I was able to come in for testing/ interviewing. I was sent an email with the address and time for my interview and an itinerary for the interviewing process that day: computer testing, interview, role playing, employee shadowing, last interview and background check/ drug test. When I went in for the testing they had everyone, about 10 people, go into a room and fill out paperwork, then we watched a video on the jobs they were hiring for: customer service, sales and claims. After that we were taken to a computer area where we took another personality assessment test, about 118 questions and then a multi-tasking and typing exam. The multi-tasking was pretty easy, it consisted of emails and recording of customers trying to change their policy or file a claim and you have to input information into the system and submit each one within a certain amount of time. Just make sure you don't let the timer run out before submitting each one even if you haven't filled in all the info fields and focus on accuracy vs. speed for the typing test. After the exams we were taken to the waiting area and people were being called out into the hall. When just myself and two other people were left we were told that we had passed, those called out before us were sent home. Each of us were then sent off to be separately interviewed. My interviewer wasn't very friendly; she acted like she would rather be doing something else. She asked me questions relating to past work history and situations at my job where I displayed experience in customer service. I only had one job out of college and it wasn't very customer service driven, but this was evident on the resume I submitted when applying, but I related the amount of customer interactions I had over the years at my job to her questions. After the interview I was told that she would be forwarding my info on (which was a red flag that I didn't pass because role-playing was supposed to come after the first interview) and I was shown the door. The next day I received an email stating that I didn't have the right experience for the job and could apply again in 6 months, which was really annoying because they knew what experience I had before I interviewed and they list their customer service positions as entry-level jobs, why waste my time with the whole process if I wasn't qualified from the beginning. I won't be applying again.

There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

      Entrevista

It was a weird process, first it was on zoom and my interviewer told me to turn off my camera because of the bandwidth issues. Then she asked three questions and provided me the job description and the hours. She then asked me if I was looking for other work and If I was currently working. I did tell her that I am currently working and she told me that I have enough time to provide my current job a two weeks notice. After the interview she told me that she was going to endorse my application for review. Then she sent me another email saying that “Your recruiter will be in touch with you for next steps”. Then in the middle of night not even 24 hrs, I get a generic email saying that I was passed on. I wanted to find out why did I get an email saying that a recruiter was going to contact me, then I passed on from someone else. This was a customer service position and during the interview she told me that I have a lot of experience. I just didn’t like during that interview I was given false hope. I would not recommend applying to this company.
