The interview process is a long one. Consists of a preliminary test taken online at the office to see if you’re able to type a minimum number of words per minute and your skill set for remedial math, English, and problem solving is tested as well. If you pass that round, you move on to individual interviews. That round is then followed by a hair follicle drug test dating back to 6 months.
It was pretty easy. They just asked me a bunch of questions about my past experience that jobs with customer service. I thought I would get the job but never ended up getting the job. I used to be a hairstylist and was hoping to get a career change into insurance but was told I wasn't a fit.

There was a typing test to determine wpm, then I had a sales roll play call, and finally an interview with a hiring manager. Once I finished with the hiring manger, they took me to the sales floor to talk to a supervisor.

Fairly easy, was offered the position on the spot and really enjoyed the interview process with my recruiter, they involve role playing questions as well as your standard behavioral questions
