Received an invitation from HR person to complete an application and assessment. Scheduled a phone call with talent coordinator. The lady asked questions about work experience, background, leadership roles, and many more.
A lot of steps which included multiple phone interviews and an in person interview that involved role playing. Checked out my ability to prioritize by looking at a route map and planning a day, and negotiate. There were 4 other people in the room to interview me.

First interview with recruiter, phone review with another recruiter, and then last interview with director. Total of 3 screenings. Overall, customer service questions and how you responded or dealt with a particular situation.

Q: Name a time when you seen a team member have more potential and they weren't using it
I did so horribly on my interview. A couple of months later I got an email from the recruiter who conducted my email asking to apply for the job. So, it wasn't horrible enough to be remembered.
