The process took a total of 4-6 weeks. I competed the application online. Immediately following that, I received the online personality assessments online. Once I completed that assessment, I received the logical reasoning and reading comprehension tests. They are not that bad, do not overthink it! After that about a week later, I received an invitation to schedule a phone interview. I scheduled the phone interview a day later. The phone interview started at the scheduled time with the recruiter it was around an hour long, general questions about work experience and scenario based questions. Once this was completed, I was told that I would be scheduled for an in person interview. Because I has read posts on here, I knew it would be a role play. When the local manager called, I knew that it would be role play and kind of what to expect... or so I thought! The role play is hard, period point blank. I was one of those that believed that the comments on here were dramatic and that it couldn’t be that bad for a trainee position, however I was proved wrong!! I honestly feel like it is way too much to expect from some one that is coming in as a trainee. Yes you get 30-35 minutes to prepare, but there is so much information to absorb and then to be expected to act as an adjuster and give accurate answers is difficult. By the end of the role play, I not only knew that I did not get the position, I also knew that this job was not for me. For that reason, I do think that the role play is a good way to determine if you really want this position. Honestly even if I had passed the role play, I would have withdrawn my application. I received the “thanks but no thanks” email today as expected. Good Luck to all of those interviewing and are interested.
