Entrevista
I applied online and completed the online tests, a phone screening and a phone interview. They asked me to move on, but I withdrew myself from consideration . The ad stated you had to be willing to go to VA for 3 weeks for training, which was fine; but their idea of "local" training was a city 5 hours away. I asked if I could fly home on the weekends at my own expense, and they said I could but they didn't recommend it. So they expect you to be away from home for 9 weeks straight. I actually canceled the phone interview appointment, but they called me anyway so I went ahead with it, even though I knew I didn't want the job

The phone screening was mainly the recruiter asking if I was okay with working in dirty places, unsafe places. She rushed me through the questions and didn't give me much chance to ask anything in return. The phone interview was all situational questions about my previous jobs
Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

Entrevista
applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

Entrevista
I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
