Entrevista
This interview was for the management development program, auto damage adjuster trainee route. Started with a couple of tests after I applied. The two test were caliper test if you pass you get a phone interview. The phone interview was not too bad if you know what you're talking about. Then I was scheduled to go in and do the role play and another test. I completed the role play that lasted a couple hours. It was pretty hard but you have to remain calm and try your best. Once I finished the role play I was given another caliper test that was about a hundred questions. After this, I waited for my results and interviewed with a manager. The interview went extremely well and he said I had passed the exams and was offered the job. After that, i had to pass a background check that included a driving record check, a credit check, and the rest of the background stuff. Then I had to pass a hair drug test. I really liked this process because they make you work for the position, nobody underqualified can get these positions. Geico wants future business leaders and this is why the process is so rigorous. It is not easy but it is worth it in the end.
Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
