The interview process was definitely complex and in depth, however, you have to consider that by hiring someone they are essentially signing on to pay someone's salary for a few months to ship them off to very in depth training before they start making the company money. They want to be very sure that person they hire is right for the job. Overall, it was a hard process but reasonable. My best advise: be confident in who you are and what you're about. Be 100% sure that you know what this job is and why you want the position. Do your research, learn about Geico, learn about the job. This isn't the kind of job you pursue just cause the pay is good, you need to be passionate about this kind of work and this specific company. But really, at the end of the day throughout the 4 interviews (including a really stressful role playing interview) the bottom line is, once you have done your research about the company and are sure this is the job for you, present yourself with complete confidence and you will do well. I genuinely look forward to launching my career with Geico.

Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

Entrevista
I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
