Like so many previous reviews, GEICO rejects good candidates left and right. The process is phone interview, personality assessment, then in person computer assessment, one on one interview, then role play and job shadowing. Myself, I made it to the one on one with a short woman. She interviewed me and I could tell the whole time she's not going to send me to the 'next round'. She quickly told me I'll get and email and sent me on my way. The following Monday I promptly got a reject email. Seems peculiar and unproductive to reject before testing the candidates sales ability. If you get rejected, don't sweat it, if you go through reviews you'll see many qualified people were rejected also.

Why Geico? Tell me about a time when...? How much notice did you give your last job before leaving? Basic questions
It was very good! Very nice! Everyone was pleasant. Loved the experience! Would absolutely recommend to everyone near and far! Great company! People love it! They are very welcoming and accommodating!
It was pretty straightforward. They asked routine questions and got back to me in maybe three days. They didn’t drag it out. The hiring manager was really nice to speak to and I have no complaints.

It was great. Good questions. Exciting opportunities. The office was very impressive. I felt particularly challenged when given hypothetical. The office was empty for the holidays so they played a recorded call.
