The interview process consisted of a brief phone interview followed by a computer assesment where you demonstrate multitasking and typing abilities. Next is an interview by recruiter lasting about 45 minutes. Next is role playing answering calls for a servicing company. Then you shadow a customer service rep for an hour. Finally you interview with a hiring manager.

There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.

Straight forward. There are 2 interviews, must pass 1st to get 2nd. 2nd interview is more detailed and is on site. 1st interview is via zoom. 2nd interview about 45 minutes to an hour
