The interview process started with a Phone Screen. If the phone screen goes well they invite you in for a face to face interview. Then you will take a typing and data entry test. If you pass you will move to role play, then job shadow for an hour and a final interview with the hiring manager.

Easy they did ask alt of questions and the interview was about 30 mins. As long as you know your stuff and have actual experience they should be easy to answer
