I had an interview booked with the recruiter but she cancelled it 2 hours before the time we had booked. I just received an email informing the position was filled the night before. I felt this posture unprofessional and being a HR professional I can also say that it was a signal of bad organization and lack of respect with the candidate. People who wants a job normally prepare themselves for the interview and this needs to considered for the company. Changes can happen of course but she should have interviewed me anyway as it was so close of the time we have booked. After this experience I lost my interest to work for GEA.
