The interview process stalled; I was scheduled for 4 phone interviews and one member was unable to make the call due to a personal situation. Despite having the other three interviews and contacting several people I did not hear back.

First I was contacted by a recruiting manager who wanted to know why I was interested in the position, why I was qualified, and some of my technical background. A week later I had 4 interviews scheduled; 1 was with a sales manager, 2 with technical managers and a senior scientist, and last with the person in charge of hiring for that position, ie the future boss. Interviews were a mix of customer interfacing questions as well as the typical situational questions involving leadership, overcoming challenges, and conflict resolution.
