Was introduced through MBA on-campus recruiting. Getting the first interview involved quite a bit of networking though the representatives from the current ECLP program were helpful and seemed excited to get to know prospective candidates. First official interview was scheduled on campus as well. Pretty routine behavior questions. Went over resume and past experience, challenges and reasons for applying to the ECLP program. Didn't get a good feeling from the interviewer by the end. Final round is scheduled in NY about a month following. I was not extended an invitation though did not receive an official decline email until about a month after that date.
