Initial CV and cover letter application followed by online recorded interview using HireVue. If successful a final Microsoft Teams interview. Took 3 months to follow up after initial application. Entire recruitment process is automated using AI to review candidates. No feedback given. No correspondence for long periods. Felt like I was a robot rather than a person.
