3 Stages: HR Screen - Phone Call Technical Screen - Teams Panel interview. It took about 2 weeks to move from the HR Screen to scheduling a panel interview. I enjoyed speaking with the interviewing engineers.

Preliminary call to setup technical interview and a couple engineering questions with one specific about jet engines. Overall good experience and very nice people. Allowed time for questions and any other inquiries.

I attended the technical interview. Before the interview, HR informed me about to prepare a presentation. The interview was okey, it continued 1 hour and they asked me about my projects and the presentation. Beside that, last part of interview included some basic technical questions. The worst part of the interview that the HR could not response me more than 4 weeks. Because of that, I had to sent a mail about that. I believe that the employer should inform the interviewers.
